Access and approach
The entrance has 7 m of depth. Inside there is up to 7 m of depth. At night the entrance is marked by a red light, Fl(2)R 7s, at the end of the breakwater and a green light, Fl(3)G 12s, at the W end of the León y Castillo quay. Today the tide rises and falls 1.8 m at Puerto de la Luz (Gran Canaria), the nearest reference port.
