The entrance has 20 m of depth. Inside there is up to 30 m of depth. At night the entrance is marked by a red light, Fl(3)R 8.5s, at the end of the S breakwater and a green light, Fl(2)G 7s, at the end of the Nº2 quay. Today the tide rises and falls 1.6 m at Pasito Blanco (Gran Canaria), the nearest reference port.
