Access and approach
The entrance faces northeast, is 20 m wide and has 5 m of depth. Inside there is up to 3 m of depth. At night the entrance is marked by a red light, Fl(3)R 9s, at the end of the secondary breakwater and a green light, Fl(3)G 9s, at the end of the breakwater. Today the tide rises and falls 3.2 m at Bermeo, the nearest reference port.
