The entrance has 5 m of depth. Inside there is up to 4 m of depth. At night the entrance is marked by a red light, Fl(2+1)R 15s, at the end of the inner quay and a green light, Fl(2)G 7s, at “Contradique, Ángulo SW”. Today the tide rises and falls 2.8 m.
